We communicate via email; set our mutually agreed date to energetically connect; This healing will be over a 24 hour period. On the date we set I first sit to do a light clearing of an energetic debris. I then sit to do a deeper focused healing session with spirit where insights and visions come through. All this energy work comes through to you that night in sleep time, and if you meditate you will experience here too. The energy work continues further through the night in the higher astral planes. I suggest taking time to rest and/or meditate either through your day and/or meditate before sleeping and on waking up. If you cannot it is ok take time to at least rest when you can.
On completion of your sessions I record an mp3 voice note(s) with any insights and send to you during the next day.
One to One zoom chat combined healing session with spirit - €177
We communicate via email; set our mutually agreed time to connect on zoom, before our zoom chat I will connect with you energetically and begin the light clearing of energetic debris. Following our zoom chat I will sit, when called to, to connect for your deeper focused healing session with spirit. This energy transformation and integration will go to you at it's deepest level through your sleep time that night. The day of and the next day rest and/or meditate where you can. On waking the next morning i always suggest sitting / lying to meditate for at least 10 minutes. If you cannot that is ok, simply do so at some stage that day or before bed that night, even over the next few days you will find your meditation to be deeper.

We communicate via email and set our mutually agreed time to connect on zoom. Before our zoom chat I will connect with you energetically and begin the light clearing of energetic debris which will continue during and following our chat. These take place in the Higher Astral realms (while you sleep)- if you are not familiar with what this is, or haven't done any energy work, it is best to do some one to one work together first - to prepare you energetically - this will be by way of a zoom video chat combined with healing session with spirit as outlined above.
The astral planes are an easily accessible planes beyond this earth where we still have access to the mental-emotional body. As you sleep I connect with you here and it is easier to work through these bodies here since you are sleeping and the ego is not involved. The Galactic Frequency Healing takes place in a similar format as the astral in that most of the energy work is during your sleep state. The difference is in the frequency. We are moving through and beyond the astral connecting with a higher frequency of energy for deeper energetic clearing and aligning. This is open to those who are ready for more and are continuing their inner work on a regular basis, in particular it will be beneficial to anyone whom I have personally worked with before; one to one, higherastral healing, on retreat.

Distant Healing
In attempting to explain Distant Healing in a somewhat logical way we must leave our lower or ego mind and turn toward our higher combined with our spiritual mind.
We cannot try to understand through the feeling of separation, since in Distant Healing, the driving force is a certain state of unified consciousness.... and trust.
We need to bring a different state of consciousness into the equation, which is also what we are working on altering through Distant Healing.
This consciousness is all encompassing. It is the Higher Consciousness that sees and perceives itself not as separate, but as inter-connected, or as one Being.
I read a piece recently from physicists Elizabeth A. Rauscher and Russell Targ saying “... (distant healing) is an interaction of our awareness with a non-local hyper-dimensional space-time in which we live.”
It is of the utmost importance that the Healer has the highest intention and has also been calibrated at a high energetic vibration.
Personally having moved through many shifts in consciousness I have the ability to travel multi-dimensionally and remember the experience, and to connect with Higher Beings of Light, who work through me to reach you. While a part of my role is the constant transmutation of lower energies and integration of higher energies, realisation has shown me that I have come here from the 8th Dimension (a different vibration place) originally, this being 'home' and have also travelled to higher dimensions yet again for learning and on soul missions. I am fully connected to an energy/vibration from this 'place' that on touching others brings about some powerful shifts, and magical experiences, to assist in you raising your vibration.

What To Do for your Distant Healing:
Distant Healing works through waking time and sleep time.
In Sleep Time:
by signing up to work together you are already acknowledging your openness to connect yet you can always affirm again "I Am Open to Receive and Experience for my Highest soul Good".
all of the distant healing i offer comes primarily through your sleep state where our higher selves meet in a higher plane of consciousness to work through your subconscious.
In sleep time we step away from the lower ego mind and move into deeper states of the subconscious and it is here we can do a lot of inner work.
In Waking Time:
it is important to take time to meditate or at least sit quietly or to lie back and rest during your day time following a nights sleep time energy work. this will help you begin to remember expereinces and most importantly allow lower energy to clear fully and higher energy to integrate fully.

Healing Insights September 25th 2021
This healing happens in the energy body, within the astral / galactic planes.
This healing is Spiritual Healing / Energy Healing.
If something has manifested physically; an illness, a condition, a disease, then it needs physical healing, be that western or eastern medicine, or both combined.
Along with that this physical manifestation has an energy beyond it that needs healing, so whether you are in the midst of that manifestation or 'past' it, it still needs energy / spiritual healing. If you do not do that part of the healing it can reoccur as the same illness, condition, disease, or it can reoccur as a different physical condition connected.
This healing is subtle yet strong.
It will touch you no matter what, if offered to you, but, if you open to it, it can have profound affects.
To open to it you do not need to 'do' anything or 'try'. In spiritual fact you do nothing and don't try. You simply acknowledge in your heart you are open to receive and you will receive.
Remember this healing happens in the higher planes so no physical presence with me as the healer is necessary. What is necessary is some silence and slowing down, 'allowing' yourself time to receive and integrate. Receiving in sleep time is an option when silence and slowing down is a challenge initially. In sleep time it is easy for your subconscious to receive.
There is no rush in your evolution, in spiritual fact, slow and steady is the way to go, without letting ego use that as an excuse to stop.
I highly recommend connecting with only one, (maximum two if it is a balancing situation i.e if there is illness this works well with one spiritual healer and one physical healer) teachers, or healers, at a time. Different energies can confuse things. Energy can get confused, remember everything is energy, you are energy, so you can get confused.
Speaking from a teaching, healing, perspective, it is better for me too if it is just you (and no other spiritual or energy healer) since the energy can clash. I prefer you to complete your work with the person you are working with then come to me.
There is no race, take your time.
As things unfold and shifts occur the bliss can be consuming in the most beautiful way, but remember there is always inner work to be done. You get to enjoy the bliss but not be 'high' permanently, it is not possible, balance is necessary to remain living in this body in this material world. Saying that you get to live in a new upgraded version of you and your world. You don't get shiny windows without washing them. Continue your inner work, continuous cleaning and clearing is important.
This is a process remember.
I can help you, Divine can help you, both through me and directly to you. You have to both want the the help and continue to help yourself in-between healings.
This healing is, to me, ultimately helping, I help you, you help yourself, we help humanity.
It is all up to you, that is Soul You. Human you can get in the way at times if there is strong resistance and, or, human-will but if your heart and soul are in it we will get there it may just take some time.

Current Energies & "The power of 2"

The energies involve more than this lifetime, more than this earth place. That is 'way out there' I know but it is true. When we are working with ourSelves, we are working with ourSelves on multiple levels, in multiple ways, literally and metaphysically. So something may come your way that surprises you, but it is an affect of an action of another part of yourSelf, somewhere else! The law of cause and affect goes beyond this human vessel and life existence!
There are unhealthy aspects of relationship, which is in relation to union, and The Power of 2, that are making themselves known. Remember it is internal first. Externally you may notice you do not resonate with someone anymore, someone may try hold on more as the separation happens; which needs to happen for union to occur! Soul contracts may simply be done. With that there are healthy aspects too, there may just be a graceful natural separation. Your energy may also just be needed somewhere else. View it all from a detached higher perspective. It can all take place in Love.
The heart, throat, and sacral chakras are especially showing up right now. All energies centers are involved but these are prominent.
We are opening to new potentials. Freewill comes into play. Saying that if it is a 'soul call' you will be pushed and poked, then pushed some more. Usually surrender is best here. So is not thinking!
Cosmic Consciousness is possible, but we have to say 'yes' to it, and also, importantly, be willing to integrate it into our human physical lives! Again, that is important, therefore in line with that taking responsibility for ourselves and our healing (or helping ourselves) is imperative and that includes the human aspect; living consciously, being aware of yourself, taking action, caring for the physical vessel; the exercise that works for you, what you put into your body, what you put into your mind! Remember healing happens in the human things too! They are important. The word 'important' is coming up again and again! Don't disregard the human aspect, especially where you 'don't want to do or be' for example.
And laugh!
I am serious about it in a lighthearted way. I make light of, and laugh about, my experiences astral travelling, out of the insights that come to me, the energetic things that come my way. It's mad, and weird, and wonderful and real, but it freaks the F out of most people. Say the word 'spiritual' to a lot of people and see what comes of it! It can be like 'boo', or like you said something dirty, or offensive, or they may go the other extreme and be absolutely delusional about it. I am observing, and I am being shown. Balance is more important than ever before!
Laugh. It is absolutely possible to laugh even in the most heartbreaking, harrowing time, maybe not immediately, maybe not a lot, but soon thereafter, and even a giggle to get you going. I say it is possible in those times only because I have experience in it. If you find you cannot laugh at all, then take a break from it, whatever it is, step away from it, step away from yourself!

"The power of 2"

There are new energies entering in February 2022 that will continue for a long time; years.
This will affect individuals, no matter what, and is affecting the earth itself, and world at large.
We are made for, and here for, these times.
As I mentioned this is happening no matter what so the energies will be touching you either way, what this healing program can do is, help the energies flow 'more' to, and 'easier' to you. They will make the clearing process easier, smoother, quicker. They will help you develop inner spiritual strength, which strengthens you in general. Along with that additional divine, galactic, energies will come in and activate within you. These activation's will be both for the group and individual, activating gifts and higher vibrations, bringing realisations, all in line with Soul You and your purpose and path here.
I am not a numerologist but insights, visions and an innate knowing come to me, and I can share with you that numerology is a powerful carrier of frequency. This February is the 2nd month in the 2022nd year and although time is a thing just here, both time and numbers are used to carry energetic frequencies to us, and to line us up with these higher vibrational energies.
This healing program will run through the most powerful portals in February (dates above) with a break in between to integrate the energies and to simply take a break from the energy too, because what is coming to me as I prepare in advance is that it is very strong.
These energies can bring you to a place of personal power, at a soul level, which will bring you to a new personal power at a human level.

The first session is "Beginnings".
If I was to say there was a New Year, this year I would say it is February 2nd, not what was January 01st, because this is the Beginning. The Beginning of what? That will depend on you, but there is a new timeline we are already in, that we also haven't fully begun yet! What I can say that as a collective, and as the group taking part in this, it involves the heart; the human heart, and the higher heart.
For me personally it seems this is where my life and my work is at, the Higher Heart. Things they are a shifting!
This has so much potential for living a fuller, more aligned beautiful life!
The second session is "Union".
This Union I have spoken about briefly for 2022 as a whole. This is Union in many ways. The most important way is the Union within. Union of ourselves with ourSelves! Union of our inner masculine and feminine. Union of our human self with our soul self. Union of our human heart with our higher heart.
Love is at the basis of All. That All includes literally everything; love of self, love of and with others, divine love, intimate love, sacred union, abundance in all its way including love (did i mention love!?), and including health, and wealth too.
We are shifting into higher frequency states so this means we are changing at cellular levels and it means looking after ourselves even more than before. This is all encompassing so includes this spiritual, energetic work but it also includes really looking after yourself mentally, emotionally, physically too. How? Listen to your bodies (energetic, mental-emotional and physical bodies), they will tell you how, no one else can tell you how like your own bodily intelligence. Your bodies will tell you what to do and not do for it's best, this will include what you allow into them, and what you do not allow into them. That will also include boundaries; putting some in place..... and letting some go!

1111~1212 Portal Program Update
The word 'Program' has suddenly become quite relative.
I didn't know why I used the word 'program' in these healing, energy journeys, it just came to me and I trusted it. Now I know a part of these healing and aligning times is clearing old programs / programming within us. It is particularly big in this 1111~1212 Portal Program.
This is all still about activating light codes within us, and higher activation in the upper energy centers and clearing lower vibration energies with that. Yet it is always so much more, and the 'so much more' generally begins to reveal itself to me a week or two beforehand. For the last week I have been in preparation for this, I move through any personal shifts and experiences beforehand, and am also prepared soulfully as the channel, and begin to receive more overall insights.
There is support coming in to clear 'programs'.
For anyone who is a little unsure what that is, it can range from belief systems we were born into, to programs placed in our subconscious from the family we are in, the world we live in; from what is right, what is wrong, how you should be, what you should do, what you are worthy of, what you should accept, and the list goes on. From a current physical world perspective programs can be placed in our subconscious daily from advertising. From a metaphysical perspective programs are carried in our subconscious from other life experiences too.
I have had a few 'aha' moments with programs this past week. Truth is a thing and is constantly wanting to reveal itself to us in a higher capacity.
And really all it takes is space to realise along with allowing some tweaks.
There is support in to clear 'Vows'.
Vows are typically said to be related to 'past' lives, for example a vow taken as a monk.
This is a really interesting one and I look forward to sharing some insights on that with you during our month together.
You have the ability to break through any type of barriers.
Spirits support will simply speed up the process.
This is going to be a ginormous month:
We have the Galactic Portals Open for extra influx of Light on 11/11 and 12/12 and in between that we have two Epic Eclipses.
The possibilities are endless.
All you need to do is 'allow', you can go about your daily life, just take some time to 'be' and we (soul you, spirit, and me) will take care of the rest.

On a scale of 1 - 10 I say 11 and 12!
That's what the energy of this portal program is coming across to me as.
There is potential in general in the upcoming energies, in November and December.
The potential in this program is you get to pick up some very potent energies of your soul choosing. There is (as always) focused group energy and then individual energy coming through, and I am a channel for various frequencies of light, along with being a messenger for you.
There is opportunity to tap into other timelines (which can be other life path experiences, other lifetime experiences of either similar vibration, or higher).
There is opportunity to clarify and understand.
There is possibility to tap into gifts you carry and are waiting to activate in this life experience.
We can transform energies from experiences that have not yet been transformed. These energies can be from this lifetime, or other lifetimes, particularly from any pain experienced on this planet.
These may be things you are aware of, but usually they are at a more subconscious level.
Make an offering to yourself to connect on purpose by joining in this healing portal program.
